Description

Males 1.6 to 2 mm, females 1.5 to 2.2mm. Prosoma light to dark brown. Opisthosoma grey.

Recording advice

This species can only be confirmed by examination of the genitalia of mature specimens.

Habitat

Grassland, gardens and damp places such as marshland grass, woodland leaf litter and detritus.

Summer.

UK Status

Widespread in England.

VC55 Status

Locally frequent in Leicestershire and Rutland.
