This white or creamy fungus is less than 5 cm across, conical or bell shaped, the margins becoming wavy and irregular when expanded and lined when moist.
In woodland on leaf litter and decaying matter, often on conifer needles.
Autumn.
Often found in groups.
Widespread in Britain.
Status in Leicestershire and Rutland not known.
