Agromyza flavipennis
The larvae mine the leaves of Lamium (e.g. white dead-nettle) as well as Yellow Archangel and Ground-ivy, creating a large pale blotch at the edge of the leaf. A short preceding corridor is over-run by the later blotch.

On dead-nettle or yellow archangel, the mine may look like mines of Amauromyza labiatarum or Amauromyza morionella, but the corridor section of these two species is much longer and usually more obvious.
